At least for my iPhone and my spouse's iPhone, we had to place the phone on this charger and then slide it around to ensure the correct contact was made. Do not assume just because the phone is on the charger, the connection is made. any slight jostle and the connection needs to be reset. (Read here, if the cat bumps the charger, no charge.)Really impressed with this durable little charger. My partner has a giant phone (photo included) and it immediately took a charge, as did my smaller more average sized phone. I love that cord is textured rather than just the rubbery plastic one that comes standard with phones. The cord is also much longer than the one we have been using which is definitely a plus. And for the price, you cannot beat it. If you are thinking about it, get it!The charger shipped to me quickly and works like a charm. Other wireless chargers I’ve used have had trouble connecting with my phone unless I put my phone on it JUST right, this charger however holds a strong and secure connection. I haven’t officially tested it yet but I believe it charges my phone much faster as well. Also I love the design!This is a really nice charger. It's a slow charger for the Samsung S20+, regardless of how it's advertised.The plate is large enough for the majority of my phone to fit on it, but the phone easily disconnects if bumped. It has to be laying in a fairly straight position across the pad to work well.This Smartish Fast Wireless Charger is a reliable charging tool for our Apple and Android phones. For fast charge, it needs a powerful wall charger. With it, it works perfectly, fast, without overheating, even with thick phone covers. It has a nice braided, long, but a little bit rigid cable.
